Alinea’s Tasting Menu Expressed In Jelly Beans
Using actual Jelly Belly flavors,
Michele Humes
crafted jelly bean recipes for dishes on the tasting menu at
Alinea
in Chicago.
Pork belly, cucumber, curry, lime
(1 Gravy + 1 Bacon + 1/2 Pickle + 1/2 Grass + 1/2 Chili Mango + 1/2 Black Pepper + 1 Sunkist Lime)
